Einkorn Pasta Piselli with Linguine

Easy, tasty, light and delicious.


- 1 box Revival Einkorn Linguine
- 1 cup peas (preferably fresh but frozen is okay too)
- Zest & juice of 1/2 lemon 
- 2 cloves of garlic sliced very thin
- Sea salt
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil


Pasta: Cook linguine as directed on the package reserving some cooking water.

Peas: Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat until oil shimmers. Add the garlic and the peas, give it a stir and cook for a minute or two. Stir in the lemon zest and cook for another minute or so. Set aside until pasta is done.


Add pasta, lemon juice and remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil to pea mixture stirring until noodles are coated. Top with freshly grated parmesan.
