Angie’s passion for sustainability and natural health began well before she began her career over 20 years ago. With a degree in Sustainable Agriculture and Plant Science, over two decades of experience in the natural products industry, and a chef with a passion for real food, she always has something to share. Her focus on wellness and sustainability has led her down a winding path of creating a small family farm in San Diego County. The humbling experience of building a regenerative organic space to feed a family of five is a never-ending learning experience. Add in a flock of chickens, 2 pigs, three teenage kids, and Angie is immersed in all things food, farming and family.
Written with passion, created from years of experience, Angie evokes good in a world of global reach, believing that one small shift can create a ripple effect. Finding happiness in supporting what she loves, she is rooted in tradition, determined to change the future of our food, one bite at a time. Angie writes from the heart!
